Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup chopped almonds
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free granulated sweetener
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to a comfortable 375°F (190°C). Line a standard baking pan with parchment paper – this makes cleanup a breeze and prevents sticking!
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all your dry ingredients: the chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, sesame seeds, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and Kosher salt. Stir everything thoroughly until it's perfectly combined.
  • Pour in the melted coconut oil. Give it another good stir, ensuring every bit of the dry mixture is evenly coated with the oil. This step is key for that perfect crunchy texture!
  • Spread your granola mixture thinly and evenly across the prepared baking sheet. Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of golden crunchiness. Keep a close watch to avoid over-baking!
  • Once baked, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will crisp up even more as it cools. Store your delicious, healthy granola in an airtight container.
