Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons hazelnut oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol sweetener (or your preferred keto-friendly powdered sweetener)
  • 3 tablespoons collagen protein powder (optional, for extra thickness and nutrition)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing your roasted hazelnuts into a strong food processor or high-powered blender. Process them until they're finely ground and begin to stick together, forming a crumbly paste.
  • Now, add 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil to the processor. Continue to blend, scraping down the sides occasionally, until the mixture becomes wonderfully smooth and resembles a creamy nut butter.
  • Next, add the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, collagen protein (if you're using it), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil and blend again until everything is perfectly combined and super smooth.
  • For your ideal consistency, you might need to add a tiny bit more oil, a teaspoon at a time, until it's as silky as you like. Give it a quick taste and adjust the sweetness if desired. Spoon into a jar and enjoy!
