- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 8 ounces sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate finely chopped
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter no added sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Gently melt the chopped sugar-free chocolate and creamy peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. If needed, heat for additional 10-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and creamy. Be careful not to overheat to keep it silky!
Stir in the vanilla extract until it's well combined with the chocolate and peanut butter mixture, adding a lovely warm flavor.
