Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened almond butter 30g
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk 240ml
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil 15ml
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon 2g
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 5ml
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds optional
  • 4-5 cubes Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond butter and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add cinnamon, MCT or coconut oil, vanilla, sweetener (if desired), chia seeds, and ice cubes. Blend again until creamy and well mixed.
  • Taste and add more sweetener if preferred.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Feel free to adjust sweetener to taste. Best enjoyed fresh for maximum creaminess and flavor.
