Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.5 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Glaze

  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Almond Milk as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and mixed well.
  • Transfer the melted cheese to a mixing bowl, adding 1 cup almond flour, baking powder, 3 tbsp Swerve sugar substitute, 1 tsp vanilla, and the egg. Mix until fully combined.
  • Lightly wet your hands and shape the mixture into a pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle them over the crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  • Allow the pizza to cool.
  • For the glaze, combine 1 cup Swerve sugar substitute with 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl. Gradually add almond milk until you achieve a thick consistency.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pizza before serving.
