Get started by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan, then line the bottom and long sides with parchment paper, making sure to leave some overhang to easily lift the bread later.
In a spacious bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until well combined and lump-free.
Now, incorporate the eggs, olive oil, shredded cheddar cheese, and water. Stir everything thoroughly until you have a smooth, well-blended batter. If it seems too thick, just add an extra tablespoon of water at a time until it's thick enough to scoop and spread easily.
Gently pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top feels firm when lightly touched.
For an optional delicious topping, remove the bread, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Pop it back into the oven for just 3 to 4 more minutes.
Finally, let your freshly baked bread cool in the pan for about 30 minutes. Then, use the parchment paper overhangs to carefully lift it out before slicing and enjoying!
