- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 0.33 cup allulose sweetener
- 0.33 cup Swerve Confectioners sweetener

- 0.75 cup hemp milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Warm the Base: In a medium saucepan, gently combine your heavy cream (or coconut milk) and both sweeteners. Heat over medium until it just starts to bubble around the edges (a simmer), then reduce the heat to medium-low. Let it lightly simmer for 15 minutes, then take it off the heat.
2. Infuse with Vanilla (Optional): If you're using a vanilla bean, carefully slice it open and scrape out the tiny seeds. Add both the seeds and the pod to the warm cream mixture. Cover the pan and let it sit for 20 minutes to infuse, then remove the vanilla pod.
3. Mix in Goodness: Whisk in the collagen protein powder, your chosen hemp or almond milk, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined and smooth. Give it a taste and stir in a little more sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
4. Cool & Store: Allow the creamer to cool completely to room temperature. Once cool, pour it into a clean glass jar and store it in your refrigerator for up to one week. Remember to give it a good shake before each use!
