- 2 cups crab meat
- 1 tablespoon green onions
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the crab mixture to a greased 8x4 inch baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
