  • 6 slices Keto Bread cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
  • 7 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Get Ready: Preheat your oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Build the Base: Spread the cubed keto bread evenly at the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the bread layer.
  • Whip the Egg Mixture: In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, ranch seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined and frothy.
  • Combine & Pour: Carefully pour the egg mixture over the layers of bread, cheese, and bacon in the baking dish, making sure to distribute it evenly.
