  • 2 pounds raw chicken tenders
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 scallions finely sliced
  • 1 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a large casserole dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the raw chicken tenders evenly in the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, half of the sliced scallions, half of the bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and salt. Mix well until everything is incorporated and creamy.
  • Gently spread this savory mixture over the chicken tenders, ensuring they are well-covered.
  • Finally, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, scallions, and bacon crumbles on top for a delicious finish.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) and is thoroughly cooked.
  • Before serving, carefully drain any excess liquid from the dish. Enjoy this deliciously healthy and satisfying meal!
