Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create 8 evenly sized cheese circles. You may need to do this in batches.
Bake the cheese in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges turn golden and crispy.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
After 2 minutes, take the cheese out of the oven to cool slightly.
Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of each cheese circle.
Carefully roll the cheese over the filling.
Let the roll-ups cool and crisp before serving.
