Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets well-chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prepare: Get your oven ready by preheating it to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Form Cheese Wraps: Arrange the shredded mozzarella cheese into eight separate circles on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one. These will become your delicious, crispy wrappers!
  • Bake Cheese: Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them; the edges should turn golden brown and slightly crispy, indicating they're perfectly done.
  • Mix Filling: While your cheese is baking, grab a mixing bowl. Combine the softened cream cheese, finely chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix everything until it's well combined and wonderfully creamy.
  • Cool Cheese Slightly: Once baked, carefully remove the crispy cheese circles from the oven and let them cool on the tray for just 1-2 minutes. This short cooling period makes them pliable and easy to work with.
  • Fill & Roll: Working quickly and gently, spread an even layer of your creamy broccoli and bacon mixture down the center of each warm cheese circle. Carefully roll the cheese up over the filling to create neat, flavorful roll-ups.
