Ingredients
  

  • 6 small low-carb tortillas
  • 5 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup Swerve granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp cinnamon divided
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, 1 tsp cinnamon, and ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture along the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  • Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the rolled tortillas to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
  • Combine the remaining ¼ cup granulated sugar substitute with the rest of the cinnamon, then sprinkle over the crispy tortillas.
