Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces zero-carb street taco-sized keto tortillas
  • 8 slices deli pepperoni
  • 16 slices deli salami
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella until well combined.
  • Lay two slices of salami and one slice of pepperoni in the center of each tortilla.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the meats and add some pepperoncini peppers on top.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the roll-ups on all sides until they are golden and crispy.
