Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound sliced corned beef deli meat
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tsp Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 pinch paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, using two sheets if necessary.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges turn golden and crispy.
  • While the cheese bakes, mix the dressing ingredients together.
  • After baking, let the cheese circles cool for 1 minute.
  • Layer each circle with corned beef, sauerkraut, and a drizzle of dressing.
  • Quickly fold the cheese over the filling before it hardens.
  • Let the roll-ups cool and crisp before serving.
