Instructions
Line an 18-cup mini muffin tin with liners and set aside.
Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together in a microwave or on the stove.
Quickly, spread the melted chocolate mixture at the bottom and sides of each liner, saving some for topping.
Place the muffin tin in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
Once firm, drizzle coconut butter over the cups, then cover with remaining chocolate.
Freeze again until completely solid.
Notes
