Instructions
Cook the ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and lower the heat to medium.
Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, green onions, and coleslaw mix, sautéing for an additional 2 minutes.
Allow the meat mixture to cool slightly.
Spoon the filling down the center of each egg wrap, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to create an egg roll shape.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the egg rolls seam side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
