Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fiesta or taco blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Turnip diced
  • 1/3 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1/3 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and turnips until the meat is browned. Drain excess grease and lower the heat to medium. Add onions, carrots, seasonings, and broth, stirring to mix. Simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a lined baking sheet, form 8 circles of cheese, leaving space between them. Bake for 8 minutes until edges are crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, then place filling in the center of each cheese circle and roll them up. Allow to cool and crisp before serving.
