Instructions
Begin by whipping the heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sweetener while continuing to beat.
Keep mixing until stiff peaks develop.
Transfer the mixture to the freezer.
After 20 minutes, take it out and stir with a fork to break up frozen parts.
Repeat every 20 minutes, stirring until the shake reaches the desired coldness and consistency.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetener to taste. For a thicker shake, add more whipped cream or freeze longer.
