Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tsp Truvia (or sugar substitute)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by whipping the heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sweetener while continuing to beat.
  • Keep mixing until stiff peaks develop.
  • Transfer the mixture to the freezer.
  • After 20 minutes, take it out and stir with a fork to break up frozen parts.
  • Repeat every 20 minutes, stirring until the shake reaches the desired coldness and consistency.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetener to taste. For a thicker shake, add more whipped cream or freeze longer.
