Ingredients
  

  • 6 taco-sized tortillas zero-carb street
  • 5 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Heavy whipping cream as needed

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Swerve brown sugar substitute, vanilla, cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves, mixing until smooth.
  • Spread this mixture along the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll them up tightly and place them in a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  • Allow to cool.
  • For the glaze, whisk together the Swerve confectioner's sugar and ½ tsp vanilla, adding heavy whipping cream until you achieve your desired consistency.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the roll-ups and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
