Begin by preheating your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Spread this mixture along the center of each tortilla.
Roll them up tightly and place them in a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Allow to cool.
For the glaze, whisk together the Swerve confectioner's sugar and ½ tsp vanilla, adding heavy whipping cream until you achieve your desired consistency.
Drizzle the glaze over the roll-ups and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
