In a bowl, beat the softened butter and sweetener until creamy. Add almond flour and pumpkin spice, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Pop the dough into the fridge for 30 minutes so it firms up.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a Halloween-shaped cutter to make cookies. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 15–20 minutes, until edges turn golden. Let cool completely on the tray.
Whisk together the icing ingredients until smooth. Spoon into a piping bag.
Pipe mummy wraps or skeleton bones onto the cooled cookies. For eyes, mix a tiny bit of black food coloring with a little icing.
