Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and eggs until smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and melted butter; stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the chopped ham, being careful not to overmix. Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes.
Scoop the dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet and lightly flatten each biscuit.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden, then brush with melted butter.
