Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 3/4 cup chopped ham
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and eggs until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and melted butter; stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped ham, being careful not to overmix. Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes.
  • Scoop the dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet and lightly flatten each biscuit.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden, then brush with melted butter.
