Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and whisk well. Reserve 3 tablespoons of the sauce.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions.
Add mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the meat is browned and onions are soft.
Drain excess grease and mix in the reserved sauce.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 8 cheese circles, baking until they look lacy.
Let cool for 1 minute, then add the meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, and pickles to each cheese circle.
Roll them up carefully and let cool to crisp. Serve with the remaining sauce.
