- 6 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 1 pinch Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
- 4 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- salt to taste
- 8 zero-carb street taco-sized tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, Swerve, Japanese mayo, Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and salt. Mix well with a fork.
