  • Start with the Lemon Curd: First things first, prepare your 5-Minute Keto Lemon Curd recipe. Once it's ready, pop it into the fridge to get nice and cool. This gives it time to set while you prepare the other delicious layers.
  • Make the Simple Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, 1/3 cup monk fruit/allulose, melted butter, beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir everything until it forms a crumbly yet cohesive mixture. Press this mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish.
