Ingredients
  

Allulose sweetener

  • 2/3 cup allulose sweetener 133g
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar replacement 67g
  • 1/2 cup Water 120ml
  • 2 tbsp Butter 28g
  • 1.5 tsp Maple extract 7.5ml
  • pinch Salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine sweeteners and water in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking until dissolved.
  • Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring carefully.
  • Add butter, whisk until melted, then simmer until thickened and darkened.
  • Remove from heat, stir in maple extract and salt.
  • Cool to room temperature, then transfer to a jar.

Notes

Store in a jar at room temperature. Perfect for pancakes or drizzling over desserts.
