Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 450g
  • 1 large Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan 50g grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream 240ml
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella 50g shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine ground beef, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; shape into meatballs.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • In a skillet, warm heavy cream and minced garlic until it starts to simmer.
  • Add the baked meatballs, sprinkle with mozzarella, and cook for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
