Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 240ml
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream 80g
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese 120g
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese 120g
  • 1 cup Crushed Pork Rind Crumbs 50g
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 25g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sour cream, bouillon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Mix pork rind crumbs with Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, and the sauce mixture thoroughly.
  • Spread this mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the pork rind and Parmesan mixture on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
