Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sour cream, bouillon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix pork rind crumbs with Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, and the sauce mixture thoroughly.
Spread this mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle the pork rind and Parmesan mixture on top.
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
