Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the egg until well combined.
In another bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt.
Place coconut flour in a third bowl.
Cut mozzarella sticks in half to create 12 pieces.
Coat each piece in coconut flour, dip in the egg, and roll in the almond flour mixture.
Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F and fry the sticks until golden brown, just a few minutes.
Drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
