These crispy, cheesy Keto Mozzarella Sticks are the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer. Made with a flavorful pork rind and Parmesan breading, they're fried to golden perfection and ready to serve with your favorite low-carb marinara.
Prepare Your Breading: Start by grinding your plain pork rinds in a food processor or mini chopper until they're finely ground, then set them aside. Do the same with the Parmesan cheese until it has a granular texture, similar to the pork rinds.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork rinds, ground Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic sea salt, dried parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, and black pepper. Whisk everything together thoroughly until it's well blended.
