Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons real butter
  • 2/3 cup all-natural peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 drops vanilla Lakanto or 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in the microwave.
  • Mix in the peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweetener and shredded coconut, blending well.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a sheet pan.
  • Freeze for 5-10 minutes until set.
  • Store in a bag in the refrigerator.
