Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Deli Sliced Pepperoni (chopped)
  • 4 oz Deli Sliced Salami (chopped)
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Pearls
  • 3 oz Pepperoncini Peppers (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 10 oz Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, tomatoes, artichokes, and olives in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to evenly coat before serving.
