Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Hot water 120 ml
  • 4 envelopes Plain gelatin 28 g
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese 113 g
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder 5 g
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the hot water in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers gently.
  • Add the gelatin to the water, whisking constantly until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, continuing to stir until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, blending well.
  • Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, spreading evenly into a thin layer.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until firm and peelable.
  • Peel the gelatin sheet carefully, then cut into thin strips with a pizza cutter.
  • Serve immediately at room temperature or in cold salads; avoid reheating.
