Instructions
Heat the hot water in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers gently.
Add the gelatin to the water, whisking constantly until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, continuing to stir until melted and smooth.
Mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, blending well.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, spreading evenly into a thin layer.
Let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until firm and peelable.
Peel the gelatin sheet carefully, then cut into thin strips with a pizza cutter.
Serve immediately at room temperature or in cold salads; avoid reheating.
