Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour

Instructions
 

  • Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Add heavy cream, water, and vanilla to the eggs, whisking well.
  • Gradually incorporate coconut flour and cocoa powder until smooth.
  • Pour about ΒΌ cup of batter into a lightly oiled non-stick skillet, spreading evenly.
  • Cook on low heat for about a minute, then flip and cook briefly.
  • Repeat until all batter is used.
  • Spread a tablespoon of filling on each crepe, then roll up.
