Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Swerve Brown
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 ounces sugar-free dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 ounce cocoa butter
  • flaked sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sweetener, then incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • Gradually add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and flatten them to about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Use a fork to create a crosshatch pattern on top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool completely on the pan, as they will be soft when removed from the oven.
