Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sweetener, then incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
Gradually add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
Shape the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and flatten them to about 1/2 inch thick.
Use a fork to create a crosshatch pattern on top.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Allow them to cool completely on the pan, as they will be soft when removed from the oven.
