Instructions
Mix peanut butter, Stevia, butter, and salt until smooth.
Melt chocolate chips, vanilla, and coconut oil in microwave for 30-60 seconds, stir until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of chocolate into paper-lined muffin cups.
Add a small spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then cover with more chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm, then store in an airtight container.
