Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Keto chocolate chips 170g
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter 125g
  • 2 tablespoons butter 28g
  • 0.25 cup powdered Stevia 30g
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil 15g

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, Stevia, butter, and salt until smooth.
  • Melt chocolate chips, vanilla, and coconut oil in microwave for 30-60 seconds, stir until smooth.
  • Spoon a small amount of chocolate into paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Add a small spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then cover with more chocolate.
  • Refrigerate until firm, then store in an airtight container.

Feel free to adjust the sweetness or chocolate amount to your preference. Store in the fridge for best texture.
