Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 16 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the veggies are tender and the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper until the cheese melts smoothly.
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form 8 circles with the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and lacy.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then add the filling to each cheese circle and roll them up. Let them set before serving.
