Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 16 ounces Ground Beef
  • 0.5 medium Medium Onion sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Saute the ground beef, onion, and pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat until vegetables are softened and meat is browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and mixture is combined.
  • Place shredded Monterey Jack cheese in 8 circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges brown and cheese becomes lacelike.
  • Let cheese cool slightly, then place filling on each circle. Gently roll cheese around filling to form wraps. Cool and serve.
