- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 cups ice
- 8 oz. white rum adjust to taste
- 8 oz. full-fat canned coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free coconut syrup
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free pineapple syrup 4 for extra sweetness
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
Freeze the mixture in the blender for 30 minutes.
After freezing, blend again for 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour the piña colada mixture into 4 glasses and enjoy!
