Keto Piña Coladas

A tropical delight with creamy coconut and sweet pineapple flavors!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 4 cups ice
  • 8 oz. white rum adjust to taste
  • 8 oz. full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free coconut syrup
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free pineapple syrup 4 for extra sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Freeze the mixture in the blender for 30 minutes.
  • After freezing, blend again for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Pour the piña colada mixture into 4 glasses and enjoy!
