Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 Cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.33 Cup keto-friendly brown sugar substitute (like Swerve)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Melt & Combine: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in your keto-friendly brown sugar substitute until well combined.
  • Whisk in Cream: Pour in the heavy whipping cream and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
  • Thicken & Caramelize: Continue to cook the mixture, stirring frequently (don't let it boil!), for 15-20 minutes until it thickens into a rich, deep caramel color. Be careful not to burn it!
  • Add Flavor: Take the pot off the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
  • Mix in Pecans: Gently fold in the pecan halves until they are evenly coated.
  • Portion & Chill: Line a muffin tin with 10 cupcake liners. Spoon the praline mixture into each liner, filling them about ΒΌ of the way full. For thinner pralines, you can spoon the mixture directly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Set: Place the pralines in the freezer for at least one hour to set completely.
