  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your waffle maker.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for the cheese until well blended.
  • Fold in the cheese until the batter is smooth.
  • Lightly coat the waffle maker with nonstick spray, then pour in a quarter of the batter. Cook for about 3 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  • Repeat this process until you’ve made 4 chaffles.
