Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups low-carb vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup keto salted caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit or allulose sweetener
  • ice optional, for extra frostiness

Instructions
 

  • First, combine all the ingredients, except for the ice, into a high-powered blender.
  • Blend everything together until it's perfectly smooth and creamy.
  • If you prefer it extra frosty, add the optional ice now and continue blending until your milkshake is deliciously cold and thick.
  • Pour immediately into a chilled glass and serve. For an extra touch, you can top it with a swirl of whipped cream or a little more caramel drizzle!
