monk fruit or allulose sweetener

Instructions
First, combine all the ingredients, except for the ice, into a high-powered blender.
Blend everything together until it's perfectly smooth and creamy.
If you prefer it extra frosty, add the optional ice now and continue blending until your milkshake is deliciously cold and thick.
Pour immediately into a chilled glass and serve. For an extra touch, you can top it with a swirl of whipped cream or a little more caramel drizzle!
