Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Natural ground Italian sausage
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground sausage and onions until browned and softened. Drain any excess grease.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese until melted.
  • Stir in the ricotta and parmesan cheese, then let it cool.
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form 8 evenly sized circles with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Let the cheese cool for a minute, then add the filling down the center of each circle.
  • Gently fold the cheese over the filling to create roll-ups.
  • Allow the roll-ups to cool and crisp before serving.
