Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup coffee room temperature or cold
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Swerve (or alternative sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Whip the heavy cream until peaks form, adding a bit of sweetener to taste. Set it aside.
  • In a blender, combine coffee, almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, caramel sauce, and 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream.
  • Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a cup, top with the remaining whipped cream, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce if you like.
