Instructions
Whip the heavy cream until peaks form, adding a bit of sweetener to taste. Set it aside.
In a blender, combine coffee, almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, caramel sauce, and 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream.
Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a cup, top with the remaining whipped cream, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce if you like.
