Bars
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 egg yolk room temperature
- 2/3 cup Swerve Granular
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup Swerve Confectioners
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles of choice
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 9×9 inch pan.
Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy, then add egg, yolk, and vanilla.
Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool completely in the pan.
For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetener and vanilla.
Spread frosting over cooled bars and decorate with sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
