Ingredients
  

Bars

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 egg yolk room temperature
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Granular
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 9×9 inch pan.
  • Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy, then add egg, yolk, and vanilla.
  • Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
  • Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Cool completely in the pan.
  • For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetener and vanilla.
  • Spread frosting over cooled bars and decorate with sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
