Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef 450g
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce about 120g
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved, 150g
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 100g
  • 1 unit Avocado 150g, diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream 120g
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Salsa 120g
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced, optional, 30g
  • Fresh Cilantro for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
  • Mix in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Top the salad with seasoned beef, diced avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Add olives and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
