Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
Mix in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
