1/4cupalmond flour

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Heat up a 10-inch oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Brown your ground meat, breaking up any chunks, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the taco seasoning, chili powder, and fresh jalapeño.
In a small bowl, whisk the tomato paste with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Pour this rich sauce into the skillet, mix it well with the seasoned meat, and turn off the heat. Scatter the cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the eggs, melted butter, and optional cornbread flavoring. Slowly add the remaining water a little at a time until you get a thick, spreadable batter.
Scoop the batter over your meat mixture and gently spread it all the way to the edges.
