Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ oz Pickles
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 cans Canned Tuna 5 oz each, drained
  • 1 ½ tbsp Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice pickles and mix with mayo and ketchup; set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine tuna, green onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and mayo.
  • Heat half the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Shape tuna mix into a patty and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Flip, add cheese, cover to melt, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat for the second patty and serve with special sauce.
