Instructions
Finely dice pickles and mix with mayo and ketchup; set aside.
In a bowl, combine tuna, green onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and mayo.
Heat half the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Shape tuna mix into a patty and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Flip, add cheese, cover to melt, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat for the second patty and serve with special sauce.
