Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Large Egg
  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour 45g
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 15g
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Water 5ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
  • Combine almond flour, mayonnaise, baking powder, and water; mix thoroughly.
  • Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray.
  • Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker.
  • Close and cook for about 3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Repeat with remaining batter for the second waffle.
