- 1 pound bulk Italian or breakfast sausage
- 10 large eggs at room temperature
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound zucchini coarsely grated
- 0.5 cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for a little kick!
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
